Low Cost Counselling

After opening our doors in November 2023 we found that the community were getting in touch looking for low cost counselling options. In April 2024 we launched a low cost service offering talking therapy with trainee’s for £25 per session.

We currently have five trainee therapists who are in their final stages of their qualification working as volunteers. The sessions take place on the 2nd floor of our site at 15 Temple Street, Aylesbury on a Monday evening, Tuesday Morning, Wednesday daytime or evening & a Saturday morning. The trainee’s are fully insured and supported by their training facility and our service Manager. There is no limit to how many sessions you can have but we do ask that for the first month you attend weekly. Following that it can be reviewed and if appropriate moved to fortnightly sessions.

This service is available to anyone over the age of 16 years. Appointments take place in person at our rooms. If you require online appointments please get in touch to discuss.
